OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP

• Lead and oversee all operational functions to ensure service efficiency, consistent quality, and seamless coordination across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s short- and long-term business objectives and growth targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the cleaning, facilities management, or related service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role .
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, managing multi-site teams, and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning/facilities management industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in tender management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Solid understanding of ISO management systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to travel within Singapore and occasionally regionally.
