Description

Job Purpose:Responsible to manage, lead and develop strategically-oriented operational platforms that mean to efficient delivery FM and EM services in the regional markets, with the objective of prioritizing and optimizing the resulting value from contracted scopes, consistent with the strategy of the client organizations and within the resource capabilities required for that. To build collaboration and support across managed portfolios to effectively blend a need for formal and structured processes with clients desire to quickly respond to the needs of stakeholders involved. Primly account to the strategic fulfillment of operations within the assigned portfolio of assets/ buildings at Contract Sites in assigned Regions while implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, facilities management, building energy services management, maintenance, that improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve business objectives.
