Permanent, Full-Time

• 40 Hours per week

Responsible To: Operations Director
‍‍ Responsible For: Regional Managers, Registered Managers, Senior Education Managers

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years in senior leadership (e.g., Operations Director, Regional Manager) within social care.
• Deep expertise in CQC/OfSTED frameworks (prior inspector experience is essential).
• Proven success in service expansion, turnaround, or regulatory improvement.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis).
• Background in learning disabilities/complex care (adults & children).
• Qualifications in health/social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 7, MBA)
