This isn’t just a management role — it’s an opportunity to reimagine and rebuild how we operate, from CAD to Data Annotation. You’ll be at the center of creating scalable, technology-enabled processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence throughout the organization. What You’ll Do Process Mapping & Optimization: Dive deep into our existing workflows to map out every step of our case operations — from initial data intake to final delivery. Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes to build a lean, high-performing system. Quality & Efficiency: Develop and implement new standards to raise the bar for quality while maximizing output. Set clear metrics, provide structured feedback, and align all team members around shared goals. Standardization: Create and enforce consistent best practices across all operational teams to ensure predictable, scalable, and high-quality outcomes. Technology Integration: Drive innovation by identifying and implementing tools, software, and automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload. Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with department heads to align operations with Nimbyx’s overall strategic direction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an operations leadership role, with a strong focus on process improvement and project management. Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks. Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and performance tracking. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change. A passion for technology and innovation, with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
