Industry Facilities Management / Workforce Accommodation / Camp Operations Employment Type Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee large-scale labour accommodation and integrated facilities management operations across the UAE. The role will manage resident communities ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 occupants while ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead multiple operational departments including Catering, Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Logistics, Security, Helpdesk, and QHSE functions. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale labour accommodation facilities Ensure uninterrupted delivery of integrated FM services across all departments Manage operational teams across Catering, Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Logistics, Security, Helpdesk, and QHSE Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and service delivery standards Prepare operational reports and manage departmental budgets Drive operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives Handle crisis management, emergency response, and operational escalations effectively Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation regulations and QHSE standards Lead large multicultural operational teams across multiple sites Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and resident welfare Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Camp Management, or Labour Accommodation Operations Proven experience managing large-scale workforce accommodation facilities Strong background in UAE FM operations and integrated services management Education Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Skills Required Operations Management Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Camp Operations Management QHSE Compliance Budget Management Team Leadership Vendor & Service Management Crisis & Emergency Management KPI Monitoring & Reporting Cost Optimization Preferred Candidate Profile Strong leadership capabilities in large-scale operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability Experience handling high-occupancy accommodation facilities preferred AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 per month
