The job will be based 2 days in Reading every week and Southampton once every 2 weeks.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE

• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, embracing network-wide developments and driving local improvements and efficiencies.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of the regulatory implications of delivering training and apprenticeships, including DfE, Ofsted, and HSE requirements.

IT SKILLS

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), as well as MS Teams and Outlook.
• Experience using a CRM system, such as Accessplanit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations to lead our South Central operations team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of our two delivery locations in Reading and Southampton. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, driving high-quality service, ensuring operational success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing operations team, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the strategic direction of the region.
