Job Title: Head of Operations – Food Manufacturing (Confidential Company)
Location: Exeter / South West England
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in operations leadership within manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance (HACCP, ISO standards).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (desirable).
• Significant experience in senior operational roles within manufacturing and warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead manufacturing and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business growth.
• Monitor KPIs, production schedules, inventory, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational teams.
