HUD (YC W25) is developing agentic evals for Computer Use Agents (CUAs) that browse the web. Our CUA Evals framework is the first comprehensive evaluation tool for CUAs.
Our Mission: People don’t actually know if AI agents are working. To make AI agents work in the real world, we need detailed evals for a huge range of tasks.
We’re backed by Y Combinator, and work closely with frontier AI labs to provide agent evaluation infrastructure at scale.

• Proven operations or management experience, preferably in tech startup environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience building processes from scratch in fast-growing companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to set up, manage and automate HUD’s hiring/HR, expansion and general operations as we scale rapidly. You’ll be responsible for building operational foundations that enable our team to focus on AI safety evaluation research while ensuring smooth company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding
• Set up and manage HR systems, policies, and employee lifecycle management
• Automate operational workflows and technical processes for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate company expansion planning and execution
• General startup operations
