What the day will look like The Head of Human Capital at HSA – Health Solutions leads the strategic and operational management of Aon's Health Solutions portfolio in six countries (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay) within the framework of ABS (Aon Business Services). This position ensures the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of health and benefits solutions through standardized processes, technology platforms, and data-driven insights. The role is instrumental in collaborating with brokerage and customer service teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions and superior customer experiences. Leading Health Solutions across HSA's operations, ensuring alignment with Aon's global standards and ABS operating models. Working closely with brokerage teams to ensure a smooth integration of brokerage services and healthcare solutions. Collaborate on market negotiations, placement strategies, and renewals to deliver efficient results to clients. Act as a senior point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing critical issues and finding opportunities to increase value. Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of Health Solutions processes, demonstrating ABS capabilities to increase scalability, quality, and profitability. Ensure that all Health Solutions activities align with local regulations, industry standards and Aon's risk management policies. Advocate for the adoption and effective use of digital tools and platforms to improve the employee and customer experience in the provision of health benefits. Lead and develop a high-performance Healthcare Solutions team, encouraging a culture of service excellence, accountability, and consistent improvement. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum 15 years of experience in health and benefits or insurance operations, ideally in a multinational or regional context. Strong experience in handling operations within a shared services or enterprise services environment Consistent record to handle large-scale service management, workflow improvement, and client relations. Validated ability to handle extensive service delivery, process optimization, and customer relationships. Validated experience working with multiple interested parties, with knowledge of market placement, negotiation and client relationship management.
