SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Lead Jotun Egypt’s Operations across all functions, overseeing a large and diverse team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance. In this role, you will provide strong leadership through the operation of our factory, fostering teamwork, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable production, efficient logistics, and a highly engaged, capable workforce. This position is based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Operations team to ensure a competent, engaged, and future-ready workforce. Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, local regulations, ISO requirements ” ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001”, and the Jotun Operations System. Drive continuous improvement by implementing operational systems, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating improvement initiatives. Strengthen cross-functional cooperation through effective planning, daily coordination, and participation in management meetings. Oversee maintenance and production reliability to maintain an optimal manufacturing environment. Manage investments, budgets, and operational development to meet HSE, capacity, and efficiency needs while supporting competitiveness. Ensure efficient logistics, stock management, and quality control of raw materials, packaging, and finished good Represent Operations in the management team to influence decisions and ensure operational excellence across company plans. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Qualifications We look for: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations related field. 5+ years of experience in managing full factory operations. Strong experience in managing HSE, production, quality, cost, and logistics functions. Communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
