With a team of 80 passionate professionals and a rapidly growing global presence, we are looking for a hands-on operational leader to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our business operations.

As Head of Operations, you’ll oversee all key operational functions, including supply chain, logistics, and procurement. You’ll play a central role in scaling our operations, building efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Yepoda continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an opportunity to take ownership of core operations while contributing to Yepoda’s long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations, including supply chain, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Implement and optimize processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

Supply Chain & Logistics:

• Ensure smooth coordination between manufacturing partners, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Develop and manage inventory and demand planning strategies to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Streamline global logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for improvement across operations, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Introduce technology and tools to optimize processes, from inventory management to data analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operational strategies with company objectives.
• Serve as a key partner to leadership in executing long-term business plans and initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Attract and retain top talent to support the company’s growth ambitions.
