Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations & Maintenance to lead our site-based team and drive operational excellence in industrial automation systems. You will oversee daily operations, ensure maintenance efficiency, and foster continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary site team covering operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and financial performance.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for automated systems and equipment.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, adoption of best practices, and team development.
  • Build team capabilities via coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to capitalize on them.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Handle major incidents and escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
