We are looking for a hands-on Head of Operations with proven experience in technical project management and customer support, delivering and supporting complex technical solutions to clients around the globe. Responsibilities Project management: Lead end-to-end software delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Team leadership: Mentor and manage both delivery and support teams. Technical oversight: Oversee the technical execution, ensuring quality and stability. Support and service delivery: Manage support operations, ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement in support processes. Process and performance monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both delivery and support to ensure efficiency and quality. Requirements Experience in software delivery, project management, or a similar leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams. Strong understanding of PM systems, SQL, BI, Support tools. Experience with support processes and performance metrics. Customer service and problem-solving skills. Work experience with clients in different industries and geographies Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is often preferred.
