  • Strong experience in international shipping and import operations
  • Good working knowledge of FCL, LCL and Air Freight
  • Strong understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading and Air Waybills
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers and 3PL/warehouse partners
  • Good understanding of customs processes, HS codes, country of origin and Incoterms
  • Experience managing multiple international shipments simultaneously
  • Experience using ERP systems and shipment tracking/reporting tools
  • Strong shipment reconciliation and operational data skills
  • Previous experience supervising, coaching or managing a team
  • Ability to independently resolve day-to-day shipping and import issues
