Proven 12+ years in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven organization, demonstrating the ability to scale developer-focused initiatives. Strong track record in building and nurturing partnerships with technology leaders in developer technologies, including cutting-edge work in areas like AI, APIs/SDKs, Crypto, and global Developer operations. Deep knowledge and experience with the developer ecosystem, tools, and technologies, with a passion for open source and developer communities. Demonstrated success in building and scaling organizations and initiatives, driving exponential growth, and delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience navigating and successfully operating in a highly matrixed organization Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
