Do you want to play a key role in shaping excellence in operations support across Allianz Benelux? As Head of Operations Support, you will oversee a wide range of services that keep our organisation running smoothly every day. You will lead regional teams, manage significant budgets and build strong cross-border cooperation to ensure quality, efficiency, hospitality and compliance. Your responsibilities Facilities & Locations: Oversee facilities, hospitality, security and location services to provide a safe and modern working environment. Service Management: Lead the Mail Processing Centre (mailroom, print, archiving) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Supplier Management: Monitor and manage third-party providers, ensuring service quality, contract compliance and cost control. Budget Oversight: Manage a significant budget, covering FTE, operational spend and project costs. Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to regulations in health, safety, environment, and corporate standards. Cross-Border Alignment: Drive harmonization within Benelux and strengthen collaboration with Group. Travel: Work across Brussels and Rotterdam with regular presence in both locations. Strategic Contribution: Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing to efficiency programs, transformation projects and risk management. Your profile You are a seasoned leader with experience in managing complex support services in large, regulated organisations. You thrive on combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. You are skilled at balancing cost control, compliance and service quality, while navigating stakeholder expectations at senior level. Proven leadership experience in operations support (facilities, supplier management, mailroom or related). Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level. Experience in driving cross-border alignment and leading teams in a cross-country setting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders constructively. Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel regularly between Brussels and Rotterdam Ready to join us?
