Reversal is authorised by CONSOB for investment advice and fund placement, and by IVASS for the distribution of insurance products.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS:
To support the growth and development of Reversal SIM, we are looking for an Operations Manager. The selected resource will work closely with the Management and will manage the Operations department, coordinating a team of two resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience (min. 5 years) in Operations leadership roles at SIM, Banks or SGR;
In-depth knowledge of AML regulations related to onboarding and client management;
Managerial skills for team management and motivation;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Knowledge and use of the Guardian tool is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Aptitude for teamwork, orientation towards accuracy and regulatory compliance complete the profile.
Managing the company’s IT and IT infrastructure;
Supervision of regulatory and contractual compliance, ensuring that internal documentation and customer contracts are up-to-date and appropriate;
Operational project coordination and corporate office management, with a focus on process optimisation and collaboration with the Investment and Finance Departments;
Monitoring of internal and external operational processes, in particular with Allfunds and custodian banks;
Management of supervisory reporting (e.g. Base T, Base U, SARA) and related reporting registry;
Privacy and data protection compliance;
Customer onboarding, with profiling activities and opening of new relationships;
Alignment of positions between SIMs, custodian banks and insurance companies;
Supervising the outsourcer, ensuring the proper performance of delegated activities.
