ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-driven Head of Web Operations to lead and elevate the performance of our Web Division. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll play a key role during a period of exciting transformation and growth at ICL. This is a high-impact position, focused on optimising project delivery, streamlining internal processes, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Web Division, ensuring seamless end-to-end project delivery, effective resource allocation, and budget control.
• Refine and implement operational processes that promote efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction—aligned with our signature ‘Magic Process’ SoP.
• Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of designers, developers, project managers, digital marketers, and support staff.
• Track and report on project performance, timelines, and KPIs, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Drive a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the division.
