ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-focused Head of Operations to oversee and enhance project delivery within our Web Division. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll be joining ICL at a key point of growth and transformation. Your role will be critical in driving operational excellence, refining internal systems, and building lasting client partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Web Division, overseeing full project lifecycles, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction, aligned with our ‘Magic Process’ SoP.
• Manage, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of designers, project managers, developers, digital marketers, and support personnel.
• Track project delivery, timelines, and performance metrics, proactively addressing any risks or blockers.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and ongoing improvement across all operational functions.
