Responsibilities

As Head of Organic Growth, you’ll report to the CMO within our Marketing & Growth team, working closely with Product Marketing, Data, and Tech. You’ll take full ownership of organic growth as a key acquisition driver, directly impacting Satispay’s expansion.
Leading a team of four talented professionals, you’ll set the strategy, define the roadmap, and execute with precision—turning our website into a high-performing B2B and B2C growth engine while identifying and scaling new organic channels.

Your mission:

  • Drive organic growth as a key acquisition engine. Lead SEO, ASO, and content strategies to exponentially increase signups and leads.
  • Transform our website into a powerful growth driver. Take ownership of Satispay’s website, optimizing it to maximize conversions and lead generation.
  • Scale content through automation. Develop and implement a data-driven, test-and-scale approach to content automation, turning our blog and organic content into growth levers.
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO). Secure top rankings in app stores, boosting installs and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize conversion rates. Run ongoing experiments to enhance CVR across B2B and B2C landing pages, turning traffic into tangible business growth.
  • Explore and test new channels. Drive growth across all business lines, including Consumer, Merchant, and Welfare.

Your ideal profile:

  • Expert in Organic Growth. You have a strong track record in SEO, ASO, and driving organic traffic, with experience scaling acquisition in fast-paced environments.
  • Website & Content Strategist. You’ve built, managed, and optimized high-converting websites and landing pages that drive measurable results.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical. You track every metric, run A/B tests, and use insights to optimize performance continuously.
  • Test-and-Scale Mentality. You move fast, iterate constantly, and uncover scalable opportunities in the smallest details.
  • Strategic & Hands-On. You seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and execution, driving impact both at scale and in the details.
  • Language Skills. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.
