We’re seeking a Head of Organisational Capability & Development to join our People Leadership Team and shape the learning, leadership, and engagement journey nationwide.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Design and deliver signature leadership and operational capability programs that inspire, engage, and upskill leaders at all levels.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to align initiatives with our strategy, ensuring they’re the right size, shape, and impact for the business.
  • Lead culture and engagement programs that connect teams to our purpose and values.
  • Maintain and grow traineeship, qualification, and professional development pathways to keep Grill’d at the forefront of hospitality learning.
  • Guide a high-performing team through change, complexity, and pace by delivering on time, to scope, and to a high standard.
