The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Head of Organisational Development & Capability, to design and execute our global Organisational Development strategy and partner closely with the Executive team to shape the organisation of the future. This is a senior, enterprise‑level role with accountability for driving transformation across organisational design, leadership capability, ways of working, and future workforce readiness, which includes Generative AI and emerging technologies. OES is a medium sized organisation, and this role will have one direct report. As the Head of OD & Capability, you will not only think strategically but will be hands‑on, leading, designing, and delivering solutions end‑to‑end. This is a highly influential role suited to a leader who thrives in complexity, moves at pace, and is motivated by meaningful, visible impact. This role is a permanent position working 4 days a week Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Executive team and senior leaders to deliver strategic organisational transformation Shape organisational design, operating models, leadership capability, and ways of working aligned to a growth strategy Lead complex, global change initiatives and embed fit‑for‑purpose change management practices Define and deliver future‑focused leadership development & succession plans Build organisational capability in Generative AI and digital ways of working, enabling responsible adoption at scale Design and embed a high‑performance, engaged, and inclusive culture across the organisation Own and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead and grow an Organisational Development function, role‑modelling agility, innovation, and impact About you: You are a confident, credible OD leader who brings both strategic depth and practical execution capability. Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline Proven experience leading an Organisational Development function Demonstrated experience enabling organisations to scale for growth Strong background in organisational design within high‑growth, agile environments Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations Experience applying Human‑Centred design principles to organisational and leadership challenges Capability to design and implement change at scale in ambiguous environments Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys complex challenges Brings a positive, can‑do approach with a strong growth mindset Comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguity Operates with integrity and credibility at all levels of the organisation What’s in it for you?
