EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning and employee experience.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in large or complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles, and OD practices.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
