ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Head of Outbound to build, scale, and optimize our outbound engine. This leader will own the strategy, systems, and team responsible for generating high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts. Our goal is not just volume, but consistent, high-quality conversations with the right prospects. You will play a critical role in defining how we identify target accounts, craft messaging, and enable our BDR team to create meaningful sales conversations. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with our ideal customer profile and revenue goals. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Build and scale a high-performing BDR/SDR outbound team * Define the outbound strategy including ICP, account segmentation, and targeting * Design and optimize multi-channel outbound plays (email, phone, LinkedIn, sequencing) * Improve conversation quality and meeting conversion rates * Partner with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and positioning * Develop playbooks, scripts, and outreach frameworks * Implement outbound best practices using tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, SalesNavigator. * Coach BDRs to improve prospecting, objection handling, and discovery * Own pipeline metrics such as meeting conversion, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation * Continuously experiment and optimize outbound motions using data WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / outbound leadership * Proven track record of building and scaling outbound teams * Deep understanding of modern outbound strategies and sales engagement tools * Strong experience improving cold outreach → meaningful sales conversations * Ability to design structured outbound playbooks and processes * Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills * Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline metrics BONUS IF YOU HAVE * Experience in high-growth SaaS companies * Built outbound teams from 0→1 or 1→10 * Strong understanding of account-based outbound strategies
