ABOUT THE ROLE

APLNG is seeking a dynamic Head of People & Culture to partner directly with the APLNG leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the execution of the APLNG Culture Plan, influence senior stakeholders, and embed people practices that support long-term business success.
This 12-month contract role (part-time .8 considered) offers a unique opportunity to create lasting cultural change, working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across one of Australia’s most significant energy joint ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and execute the APLNG Culture Plan, managing scope, schedule, budget, and impact measurement.
• Coach and support senior leaders, enabling them to lead cultural transformation and embed new ways of working.
• Design and implement fit-for-purpose people programs, practices and policies aligned to business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, including performance, leadership, and employee relations
• Strengthen organisational capability, ensuring APLNG is positioned as a destination workplace of the future.
• Define the ongoing P&C operating model, including the transition plan post-contract phase.Build collaborative working relationships with Origin, ConocoPhillips, and APLNG stakeholders.
