You’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver insight-led, enterprise-wide people partnerships that shape organisational performance and capability. What you’ll do  * Lead the Business Partnering team and elevate its strategic impact across the business * Partner with Executive and senior leaders to translate strategy into workforce and people plans * Oversee workforce planning, performance and organisational change across business units * Shape P&C strategy through insights, trends and business needs * Contribute as a key member of the P&C Leadership Team * Lead complex employee relations, governance and risk management * Ensure consistent delivery of core people lifecycle processes * Drive continuous improvement and a data-led partnering approach What you’ll bring  * Proven enterprise leadership experience in People & Culture * Strong track record influencing Executives and shaping organisational outcomes * Deep expertise in employee relations, governance and employment legislation * Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people outcomes * Experience leading organisational design, workforce planning and transformation * Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing capability * Data-driven mindset with experience using workforce insights to inform decisions What you’ll get Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but you’ll get a genuine feel for who we are and what it’s like to be part of our team.
