Key Responsibilities and Insights: The Head of Pacific FTSE Russell Sales is a people leader who leads on Pacific execution of the sales plan in collaboration with key internal and external business stakeholders to drive growth in FTSE Russell benchmark adoption and the index product ecosystem. Deliver on the Pacific targets across Data Licensing, Asset-Based Sales and Benchmark Win points. Identify and execute on opportunities to collaborate across SAM and FTSE Russell to drive execution in the Pacific region. Ensure sales specialist resources are aligned and focused on key areas of opportunity and addressable market. Partner with customer strategy teams to identify opportunities for new business growth and ensure focused execution of product aligned and customer segment sales strategies. Develop the strategic plan to drive the 3 to 5 years revenue trajectory for Pacific clients. Represent adequately FTSE Russell with senior clients, industry associations, government bodies and during public events. Build a culture within the Pacific FTSE sales specialist teams that systematically captures and delivers Voice of Customer (VoC) to Product Management to ensure capital allocation and associated product roadmaps align to strategic customer requirements. Mentor and grow sales specialists to ensure bench strength, commercial intensity, and business resilience. People are at the heart of what we do and drive the success of our business.
