HEAD OF PARKING REVENUE AND PERFORMANCE

Job Overview
This role focuses on increasing occupancy, improving demand, and expanding sales channels to maximize parking revenue and operational efficiency across the portfolio in multiple thousand centres. It drives both global and local initiatives, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and optimized performance through close collaboration with local managers, landlords and third-party providers. By leveraging market insights and targeted strategies, the position supports sustainable growth while addressing challenges such as distressed inventory and cost control.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, operations, or inventory optimization, ideally in parking, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience with implementing and managing large projects.
  • Familiarity with market benchmarking and pricing strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in using financial and data analysis tools
Responsibilities
  • Optimize parking revenue (+$100m), inventory and cost management.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition/ demand.
  • Develop pricing strategies using market benchmarking and ensure transparency in margins.
  • Analyse centre-level occupancy and revenue performance to identify revenue leakage and drive compliance.
  • Lead or support the implementation of global parking initiatives and projects.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Design and execute local promotional campaigns to address distressed inventory and boost revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date parking inventory data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on parking performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
