Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re transforming specialty care with AI-driven operations. As we scale from 50 to 170 people in 16 months, we’re hiring our first Head of Partnerships to build programs, processes, and an ecosystem that drives growth. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end, launching and scaling initiatives with specialty networks, EHRs, and PE groups to deliver integrations, co-sell motions, and measurable revenue. We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven, mission-oriented leader.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build 0 to 1: Stand up partner strategy, tiers, and operating model.
  • Source & Close: Drive net-new channel deals that produce revenue. Unlock new revenue streams through EHR partnerships.
  • Integrations: Define scopes with product and engineering, including APIs, data flows, SLAs, and security.
  • Co-Sell Motion: Launch reseller, referral, and co-sell programs with clear rules of engagement.
  • Partner Management: Run joint account planning, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
  • Enablement: Create playbooks, training, demos, and solution briefs for partners and GTM.
  • Co-Marketing: Plan announcements, events, webinars, and case studies with partners.
  • Leadership: Partner with the CEO and exec team on ecosystem priorities and resourcing.
  • Scale Systems: Build processes and reporting that scale with headcount and revenue growth.
