Job Description
As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead the strategic development and management of distribution through new Strategic Partnerships. This distribution will cover both our Trade Credit Insurance (TCI), Business Information (BI) and Debt Collection (DC) business lines. You will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing partner engagement in a top-down & bottom-up approach, and ensuring the delivery of innovative Coface solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Reports to: Commercial Director Mid-Market, UKI

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree qualified, ideally MBA or Masters in Finance or Commerce.
  • Ability to interact with Senior Executives both internally and externally is crucial
  • Experience with digital distribution channels or fintech partnerships is desirable.
  • Proven experience (10 years +) in a senior partnerships, distribution, or business development role within the trade credit or commercial insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK mid-market landscape and broker/intermediary networks.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Capacity to handle and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and understanding of FCA requirements
