This leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling the partner ecosystem that supports core products, operational reliability, and business growth. You will drive partnership strategy, manage high-impact vendor relationships, and influence product and operational priorities across cross-functional teams. As a key member of the Product Leadership team, you will oversee a team of partnership and relationship managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. The role requires strong strategic judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations while fostering long-term partner value. Your work will directly impact how quickly new products are launched, how efficiently operations run, and the overall member experience.
