Description:
We are looking for a Head of Payments to oversee the payment strategy and operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient payment processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in the payment field with 2+ years as Head of Payments.
- Experience in the high-risk industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems and technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s payment strategy.
- Conduct market analysis of new payment methods and technologies.
- Manage relationships with payment service providers and other financial institutions from initial outreach to negotiations, onboarding, integration and further support.
- Monitor and analyze daily payment flows, making system adjustments as needed.
- Perform transaction analysis and provide support for payment issues.
- Enhance customer experience by optimizing payment processes.
- Lead and develop the payments team.
