REQUIREMENTS
THE ROLE
We are seeking a commercially minded, operational and hands-on Head of People to lead part of our people function and shape a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in a multi-site flexible workspace business. You will be a key partner to the senior leaders in the business, driving our People strategy and fostering a high-performance culture to ensure we remain a great place to work. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering robust and thoughtful people practices.
