Greenvolt is seeking a visionary Head of People Analytics & Reporting to lead our global HR data strategy at Group Level. This senior leadership role is critical in shaping how HR insights drive strategic decision-making across the organization. As a trusted advisor to the Management and HR Leadership Team, you will set the vision for people analytics, oversee advanced reporting capabilities, and ensure robust governance of HR data worldwide. You will be accountable for designing and delivering a best-in-class analytics function that enables data-driven workforce planning, enhances employee experience, and ensures competitive compensation and benefits practices across diverse geographies. Key Accountabilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the global HR analytics vision and roadmap aligned with Greenvolt’s business strategy. Act as a senior strategic partner to HR and business leaders, influencing talent decisions with actionable insights. Build and lead a high-performing, cross-regional People Analytics team fostering innovation and data-driven culture. Advanced Reporting & Analytics Establish enterprise-wide HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics models to measure workforce effectiveness and organizational health. Introduce predictive analytics and advanced modeling to support proactive talent management and cost optimization. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex HR data into clear, strategic recommendations for executive decision-making. Workforce Planning & Forecasting Lead multi-year personnel cost forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic workforce planning across regions. Provide oversight on cost control measures and long-term workforce investment strategies to support sustainable growth. Compensation & Benefits Strategy Lead the global design and governance of compensation and benefits frameworks ensuring competitiveness and equity across markets. Oversee annual salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fiscal targets. Drive strategic compensation projects, including the development of new reward programs and optimization of variable pay structures. Lead global benchmarking initiatives to inform compensation strategy and future workforce planning. Data Governance & Technology Enablement Oversee global HR data management practices, ensuring integrity, compliance, and security of sensitive employee data. Champion HR technology transformation initiatives, integrating cutting-edge analytics tools and AI-driven insights. Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams to build scalable, future-ready HR data infrastructure. Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership Drive a culture of continuous improvement within HR analytics, leveraging automation and innovative methodologies. Serve as a thought leader representing Greenvolt’s people analytics agenda internally and externally at global forums. Qualifications Proven track record (10+ years) in HR analytics, compensation strategy, or workforce planning, with leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization. Strong expertise in compensation design, HR data governance, and advanced analytics methodologies. Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and the ability to influence senior executives. Experience implementing HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data-driven insights to executive audiences; English C2 mandatory + Portuguese or Spanish.
