About the role
As the Head of People and Culture Business Partnering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Vocus. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing our People strategy by providing both strategic and operational HR expertise, insights, and best practices. Your role will involve organizing the planning and reporting of activities within the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnering team and coordinating key annual People and Culture calendar activities. Leading the P&C Business Partnering team, you will foster a culture that places the customer at the center of everything we do.
In this dynamic role, you will partner with senior and executive leaders across the business to translate strategic objectives into actionable people-related targets and operational plans. Through collaboration with your stakeholders and the business partnering team, you will deliver innovative solutions across various HR domains, including employment, education training and development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, employment/industrial relations, strategic workforce analysis and planning, talent attraction and resource planning, organizational change management, WHS, and injury management.
Moreover, you will act as a professional coach to your team and the leaders of your companion Centers of Excellence, building People and Culture capability at all levels. Your support will extend to assisting the Chief People Officer with Board reporting needs and being an active member of the People and Culture leadership team.
This hybrid position, preferably based in Melbourne or Sydney, offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. This balance ensures you stay connected with your team and stakeholders while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work environment.
