As Head of People and Culture, you’ll work influentially and strategically to develop and evolve our culture and inspire our colleagues across the business. You’ll design and execute a people strategy that ensures we have all the right elements for success, implement ideas to empower and engage our colleagues, and drive growth and change during a transformative period for our business. ​
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about shaping a high-performance culture of continuous improvement that supports our people, whilst also being a leader, mentor, and advisor to colleagues during day-to-day HR operations. ​
