The Opportunity

Our current Head of People & Culture is moving on to her next adventure, leaving big shoes and an even bigger opportunity, for the right person to fill.

We're after a dynamic, seasoned and commercially sharp People & Culture leader who's done this before in a technology business, and knows how to build a people function that scales as fast as the business around it.

This is a rare blend of strategic and hands-on. You'll sit on our Senior Leadership Team, report directly to the CEO, and act as a true P&C Business Partner to our Executive team, while leading and developing our People & Culture Business Partner, who partners with the rest of our 130-strong global team.

What you'll do

• Own the people strategy that underpins Access4's next phase of growth, and drive its execution
• Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive team on people, org design and workforce planning
• Take global oversight of the employee experience across our team of 130
• Champion the use of AI and modern HR technology to build a smarter, leaner People & Culture function
• Coach, develop and support your People & Culture Business Partner
• Shape and protect a culture that's fun, respectful and genuinely collaborative

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a senior HR/People & Culture leader in a technology, SaaS or high-growth business
• A track record partnering directly with CEOs, Executive teams and Senior Leadership Teams
• Experience across global/international HR, ideally with distributed teams
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and HR technology, you see it as an opportunity, not a threat
• Sharp attention to detail and the maturity to operate autonomously
• Based in Melbourne, with flexibility for a hybrid model from our Richmond office
