Join the Infios team as an HR Business Partner and play a key role in supporting our global business during a fixed term 12-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into impactful people strategies—from workforce planning and leadership development to organizational design and change initiatives. This is a highly collaborative position where your insights and partnership will help drive engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and support a high-performing culture across the organization. What a Day in the Life Looks Like Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating business goals into actionable people strategies including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Partner with Finance and business operations to align talent plans with budgets, productivity goals, and long-term business growth. Build and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical capabilities while strengthening leadership pipelines and succession plans for key roles. Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness, enabling strong goal setting, feedback practices, and action planning from engagement insights. Partner with Regional HR to manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local employment laws while proactively mitigating people-related risk. Lead organizational design and change initiatives including spans and layers analysis, capability mapping, restructures, integrations, and business transformations. Embed inclusive practices across hiring, development, rewards, and ways of working to support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Activate and implement global HR programs such as compensation cycles, benefits updates, and capability frameworks while ensuring strong adoption across the business. Leverage people analytics to identify trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and diversity, providing leaders with actionable insights and recommendations. What You Bring to the Team 5+ years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in complex, global, matrixed organizations. Flexibility to support a global team environment, with occasional off-hours meetings to accommodate different time zones. Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management. Strong business and strategic mindset with the ability to connect people strategies to operational performance and business growth. Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across global teams. Strong judgment and decision-making skills, using data and insights to guide leaders and support sound business outcomes. Experience navigating ambiguity and leading organizations through transformation and change. Familiarity with UK/EU employment frameworks and experience partnering with regional HR specialists to ensure local compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus. Proficiency with Workday HCM, Microsoft 365, and people analytics or reporting tools.
