Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Head of People Europe (m/f/d) - full time who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective business partnering relationships with business leaders (COO and regional Vice Presidents) and their lines of business to understand key business drivers, measures of success and strategic priorities;
  • This position will report directly to the Director of People Europe and India, collaborating closely to support strategic initiatives and contribute to the organization’s people-related goals;
  • Provide leadership across the business by taking a pivotal role in developing and coaching leaders while role modelling the way we do things and we embed into daily practice our Flix core values and leadership competency model;
  • Support the business leaders to plan, contribute and execute on a various number of key HR strategic processes and activities such as talent acquisition and workforce planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, career and compensation plans, engagement surveys and action planning, org design and effectiveness, exit strategy, etc.;
  • Develop and maintain a sound business understanding of the markets, strategies and operations within which the Group operates;
  • Improve, communicate, and implement culture shaping initiatives aligned with people vision and strategy;
  • Lead and empower a team of 15 passionate HR Business Partners and HR Operations distributed across 5 regions and 10 plus countries to strive and achieve excellence;
  • Influence the development and drive the execution of high impact HR programs in accordance with Company culture, vision and purpose;
  • Contribute to Corporate policies creation and review as well as process improvement and ensure local execution;
  • Ensure local labor and processes are adhered to and work closely with the Head of People Operations to execute on smooth, compliant and audit-proof HR Operation.
