ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a strategic Head of People Experience to lead the design and execution of a world-class employee journey across our fast-growing logistics and delivery operations in Indonesia. This role will be instrumental in shaping company culture, growth & innovation, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a consistent, meaningful experience for all employees across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. People Experience Strategy * Develop and implement a comprehensive People Experience strategy aligned with business goals and operational scale. * Design end-to-end employee journey frameworks (hire-to-retire) tailored for both corporate and field employees. * Champion a culture of inclusion, safety, and high performance across all levels. 2.Recruitment & Employer Branding  * Design a recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent. * Develop employer branding programs across channels. * Develop internal communication framework to ensure effective communication across all employees. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture * Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. * Translate feedback (surveys, focus groups, operational insights) into actionable programs. * Strengthen company values and ensure they are embedded in daily operations. 4. Organizational Development & Learning * Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management. * Build leadership development programs for managers across hubs, warehouses, and HQ. * Support talent growth and internal mobility in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 5. HR Programs & Initiatives * Oversee onboarding, recognition, well-being, and learning programs. * Introduce digital tools and platforms to enhance employee communication and services. * Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 10+ years of solid experience in HR, People Experience, or Organizational Development roles, with a min. 5+ years in a leadership role.  * Proven experience in startup, logistics, e-commerce, or other high-volume operational industries is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of Indonesia labor regulations and workforce dynamics. * Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, and geographically distributed teams. * Experience designing programs for frontline or blue-collar workforce is a strong advantage.
