As the Head of People (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our People strategy, fostering a culture that attracts and nurtures top talent, and driving performance excellence across the organization. You will lead a dynamic People team, guiding them to support our ambitious growth plans while ensuring the development and well-being of our employees.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in People & HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of People.
  • Proven success in building scalable People operations, leading teams, and driving organization-wide initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations, particularly in a startup or scale-up environment, with experience growing to over 300 FTEs.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition and people operations within a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and ensure alignment across the business.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Department, setting the strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the strategy is executed effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of the People team, enhancing team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee hiring talent, strengthen our company culture, and ensure the development of employees to align with organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of relevant business KPIs, continuously question how we can improve, and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment, efficient communication, and fast execution of people-related projects.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of HR practices.
