• Act as a senior point of support for HR and Admin Managers, providing guidance, setting priorities and conducting performance reviews.
• Manage complex employee matters, including formal complaints, labour cases, sensitive offboarding and senior exits.
• Oversee HR policies, the Employee Handbook, performance reviews and annual salary reviews.
• Support commercial decisions around employee benefits, including medical insurance renewal.
• Conduct exit interviews when required and identify trends or improvements.
