At IQM, we’re building something that hasn’t been built before — and we know that takes more than just cutting-edge technology. It takes people who care about doing meaningful work together. As we grow globally and prepare for our next chapter, we’re looking for a Global Head of People Operations, someone who wants to shape how our teams grow, collaborate, and thrive. If you’re motivated by building thoughtful systems, supporting people across borders, and making an impact in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to meet you!

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

8+ years in HR/People Operations roles, with experience leading in high-growth, international tech environments (ideally 500–1000 people scale-ups)
Proven ability to build systems and processes that scale across countries, with a deep understanding of European employment law
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, people analytics, and payroll systems
A collaborative, people-first mindset and a strong belief in the value of cross-functional partnerships
Strategic and executional range: comfortable shifting between operational details and long-term planning
Experience working in environments where change is constant and structure is evolving — with the mindset to help shape it
Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a plus

WHAT SKILLS ARE NICE TO HAVE?

Experience in AI, deep tech or high-compliance industries
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
Exposure to DEI and global mobility
