OVERVIEW & IMPACT:

Samsung Electronics Device Solutions is a global leader in Electronics and Semiconductor Industry. We have identified a need for as a replacement for a Senior Human Resources Leader to be stationed in Singapore to lead the regional Human Resources Team.
The identified candidate will join us as our People Director and will be our main contact window with our Samsung Electronics Headquarters team in Korea. The incumbent will lead the local and regional People Team members for all Human Resources matters in the South-East Asian and India region for the Semiconductor business group.he successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Minimal BS degree or comparable engineering degree preferred
  • Minimal 15 years of working experience in relevant Semiconductor industry
  • Minimal 10 years of relevant HR specialization experience in international company or regional role
  • Candidate with both problem solving and critical thinking, teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently is a must
