A leading omnichannel retailer: Head of Performance Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. Own multi-million euro media budgets, forecasting, and investment allocation while optimizing ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin. Lead and scale paid media performance across Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging acquisition channels. Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance. Define and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, demand generation, and category-level revenue growth. Own the MarTech ecosystem, including GA4, attribution models, tagging, BigQuery integrations, dashboards, and marketing automation initiatives. Partner with Commercial, Category, Finance, and Technology teams to align acquisition strategies with business objectives and improve forecasting accuracy. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Performance Marketing, SEO, and MarTech teams while managing external agencies and strategic partners. 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications are considered an advantage. Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Programmatic, Display, Affiliates, and modern performance marketing ecosystems. Strong understanding of performance measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics. Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, BI tools, and digital marketing technologies. Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
