We’re seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple education brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving demand generation and lead acquisition through data-driven, creative, and commercially focused campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Strategy: Define and implement performance marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to meet lead and enrolment targets.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of in-house and agency marketers across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Drive Results: Optimise channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance to achieve CPL and CPA targets.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Website, and Creative teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and conversion optimisation.
  • Innovate and Optimise: Lead test-and-learn initiatives, creative development, and campaign execution to improve ROI and student acquisition outcomes.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Manage strategic relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.
