This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Performance Media in the United States. As Head of Performance Media, you will lead the strategic vision and operational excellence of performance media initiatives across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Programmatic & CTV, Social, and Retail Media. You will oversee a globally distributed team, guiding the execution of campaigns that drive measurable business results for clients. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on media expertise to optimize performance, scale operations, and enhance profitability. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and services teams to define and achieve strategic objectives, while providing actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. The position offers the opportunity to shape the future of a performance media practice, drive thought leadership, and influence the growth of the business in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Accountabilities · Lead and mentor a team of performance media professionals across Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV, Social & Retail Media, and Ad Operations. · Oversee targeting strategies and media execution for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals. · Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving digital media landscape. · Monitor and maintain practice profitability, ensuring alignment with billable targets and business outcomes. · Deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards to drive performance at all organizational levels. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Services teams, to achieve strategic objectives. · Contribute to thought leadership by developing scalable insights, tooling, and recommendations for business growth. · Proven senior leadership experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house performance media role. · Deep expertise in two or more areas: Paid Search, Programmatic Media, CTV, Social Media, or Ad Operations. · Experience leading and inspiring a diverse, globally distributed team. · Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and go-to-market strategy development. · Highly analytical with the ability to define key metrics, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. · Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of solving complex business problems. · Experience managing budgets, performance goals, and operational efficiency in media campaigns. · Competitive base salary: $185,000 – $250,000, plus semi-annual individual performance bonus and year-end company bonus. · Flexible remote work with team-oriented culture. · Medical, dental, and vision coverage. · Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays. · Paid volunteer time and flexible working hours, including “Work From Home Light” days. · 401(k) plan with 5% company match and no vesting period. · Employer-paid parental leave, life insurance, and short/long-term disability coverage. · Health-care and dependent-care spending accounts. · Employee assistance program (EAP), education reimbursement, referral bonuses, and monthly remote work stipend.
