The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Paid Performance to lead our growing performance marketing team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee client campaigns, guide strategy, and ensure our team delivers measurable success across all paid channels.
You’ll bring both technical expertise and leadership skills, managing performance across a range of industries and ensuring that every client receives best-in-class strategies tailored to their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small paid performance team, providing line management support and training.
  • Oversee campaign performance across all clients, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement winning cross-platform strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, and SMS Marketing.
  • Manage and optimise large client budgets with a focus on ROI.
  • Collaborate with the wider SocialTap team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations through regular reporting.
