Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement through your team the pharmacy channel strategy for Australia for the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and Execute Pharmacy Channel Strategy, flowing from the strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration goals.
  • Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers
  • Coach, support and develop team to drive capability in support of business priorities as well as individual career growth.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and revenue
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at key customers
  • Price Pack Architecture: Collaborate with Category teams to ensure the pharmacy channel’s needs are met, including the introduction of new tailored products
  • Forecasting and P&L ownership for the Pharmacy channel
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that reflect Blackmores’ values and purpose.
