Your tasks:

• Independent planning and management of engineering and company-wide projects
• Leading project teams with a focus on successful project execution
• Coordination and monitoring of project goals, resources, and schedules
• Change and risk management in collaboration with the project managers
• Quality assurance of all planning work as well as compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Support for project managers as well as preparation and support of steering boards

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant engineering
• Sound knowledge in the design, planning and implementation of EPC/EPCM projects
• Experience in the offer phase, customer consulting or technical sales support
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and a confident, customer-oriented demeanor
• First leadership experience or experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on market development and customer needs
